As Turner Group, Inc. celebrates its 33rd anniversary, we reflect on a journey marked by innovation, dedication, and growth. Founded in 1992 by Laura Douglas (Turner), our company has evolved from a modest venture into a leading force in the plastics industry on the West Coast of the United States.

A Glimpse into Our History

Laura Douglas (Turner) established Turner Group, Inc. with a vision to provide exceptional solutions to the plastics industry. In 1995, Norman Boshoff joined as the second employee, bringing valuable expertise that complemented Laura’s vision. The following year, Chuck Roehm became the third team member and initiated the SubS partnership, further expanding our capabilities.

Our growth trajectory continued in 1999 as we extended our territory into Southern California, initially covering partial regions. By 2005, Turner Group had expanded to offer full product lines and comprehensive coverage, solidifying our presence in the market. In 2017, we took a significant step by forming Turner Technologies with John Ward, enhancing our technological offerings and reinforcing our commitment to innovation.
